Irving Street Studios is a place where artists will be able to focus on their work while sharing ideas and contributing to the vibrant artists community growing in the greater Boston area.

With 9 residential units, the building will also feature a gallery with an enclosed courtyard terrace, a roof-deck, additional detached studio space and a classroom/studio for teaching. Artists who never thought they could afford to own their own space are invited to apply at Irving Street Studios for a chance to live and work in a beautiful, historic building that they can own.
